Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Roaring Expressions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
