Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Perfume and cologne
Gift sets that have been opened
Sale items

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll issue store credit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
